Some people just know how to make others feel special.
A friend of mine is hosting a show and is responsible for hiring all the comics. Well he never asked me to perform. I received a call from my friend asking me if I'd perform if one of the comics backed out. Hhhhhmmmmm i said "YES! !!!" (I feel soooo special) I didn't want to act bitter (never burn bridges) & i thirst to perform.., i love it ! It's the best thing in the world.
Even if i don't get compensated for a performance.... I'll do it. Give me an audience, not even a stage or a mic... just an audience !
